Shipping Policy
KiddieGummies aims to provide our customers with a fast and reliable delivery service.
Successfully placed orders are verified and processed within 24 to 48 hours (Mondays thru Fridays, excluding weekends and holidays). Orders will be then handed over to our partner courier for delivery to your address.
Once your order has been processed and dispatched, you will receive tracking details via email, SMS, or Facebook Messenger.
We deliver nationwide, with the exception of some areas outside of our logistics partner’s delivery zones.
Our usual delivery turnaround is:
- Luzon - 2 to 5 days
- Visayas - 5 to 7 days
- Mindanao - 7 to 10 days
Please understand that delivery times might be affected by weather, holidays, or increased volume.
